Terms and conditions

1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates will be confirmed upon reservation.
2. Rates are for two persons sharing per night and include breakfast.
3. Single rates on request.
4. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking to secure reservation.
5. Payments into our bank account must be made free of bank charges.
6. We will confirm all bookings by e-mail, after receiving the deposit.
7. Bookings cancelled 30 – 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking.
8. Bookings cancelled 14 – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total value of the booking.
9. Bookings cancelled 0 – 7 days prior to arrival / no-shows / premature departures will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.
10. To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. It is expected that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them from fulfilling their obligations.
11. Check-in time is from 3-6pm. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged.
12. Check-out time is 10am
13. Children under age 12 must be supervised by an adult when using the pool and jacuzzi.
14. All public areas and guest bedrooms are non smoking. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of ZAR2000 to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
15. Pets are not permitted
16. We provide free wireless access internet.Please make sure your laptop has wireless function. As the service is beyond our control, we could not guarantee internet access quality.
17. We provide free parking to our guests. It is guest own risk to park at the Guest House.
18. You are required to show respect and behave in such a way that others are not disturbed or property get damaged. One key lost will incure ZAR100 charge for a replacement.
